We Kintep is a manufacturer focus on sludge dewatering equipment and the only one in China with the full line to dewater sludge water content from 99.8% to 0%. Our product line includes the following:

1. Screw Press Sludge Dehydrator (Water reduction of 20%)

2. VMC & KMP Chamber Filter Press(Water reduction of 60~70%)
It is a system we co-develop with Germany ECS Eich. It is perfectly used for sludge from mining, stone processing, ceramic processing, power station, concrete, coal washing and etc. Comparing with other filter press, it is 24 hour automatic, of much shorter cycle and stable performance. 3. Low temperature sludge dryer(Water reduction of 70~ 90%)
Comparing with traditional sludge dryer, it is of much lower temperature, about 50~60°C, more safe. Much less power required, closed desigh, reduce heat loss and with high performance heat pump to recollect heat for use. Less odor, enclosed design to keep the odor inside or to be absorbed. 4. Carbonization System (Water Reduction of 100%)
For some hazardous waste with high dispose cost, our carbonization system will solve the headach. And comparing with incineration, it produces less dust and tail gas, easier for further tail gas treatment. And the regenerated carbon reuse will be realized.
